• Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging global market research and talent intelligence.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruitment with business objectives.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience through seamless communication and process management.
• Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics within SmartRecruiters ATS to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end global recruiting.
• Proven track record in closing administrative and executive/C-level positions.
• Strong skills in negotiating and consulting directly with senior management.
• Analytical proficiency in tracking hiring metrics to improve time-to-hire efficiency.
• Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies and driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
