Salary: $19.66 - $29.04 per hour + sales incentive bonus

What you will do

• Provide personalized insurance quotes and service for non-hirify.global products.
• Manage client inquiries via email, phone, and web channels.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to process applications and quotes.
• Bind policies and ensure all documentation and payments are secured.
• Track key performance metrics and maintain high-quality service levels.
• Achieve production goals through consistent engagement and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday (7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST) and occasional Saturdays.
• Experience in call centers, customer service, or sales preferred.
