Location: Remote (USA) — Must be based in the West Coast or specific states (CA, CO, IL, NY, WA)

Salary: $292,000 — $450,000 USD OTE

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Principal+ Solutions Engineers, managing the full hiring and professional development lifecycle.
• Champion structured presales strategies, roadmaps, and playbooks to secure large, complex deals.
• Establish and track KPIs to optimize operational rigor and team efficiency across the Key Accounts organization.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic deals, building deep relationships with CIOs and CISOs.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to operationalize MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of presales leadership experience.
• Proven success selling to Fortune 50 companies.
• Experience building and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Expertise in Value and Business Outcome-based selling (MEDDPICC).
• Exceptional ability to influence C-level executives and navigate matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically West Coast or states like CA, CO, IL, NY, WA)

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics.
