What you will do
- Own the enterprise performance management process, including design, tools, timelines, and governance.
- Lead the execution of a talent management strategy that supports overall business objectives.
- Analyze employee behavior and benefit utilization to inform strategies that improve wellbeing and business outcomes.
- Partner with Total Rewards and HR Business Partners to advance benefit consumerism initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR technology teams to optimize workflows using HRIS and emerging AI tools.
- Provide guidance to leaders on goal setting, performance conversations, and ongoing feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong interest or experience in talent management, performance management, or Total Rewards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience using HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
- Experience in manufacturing or multi‑site environments.
- Experience supporting benefits or wellness programs.
