What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot lottery equipment at various retailer locations.
• Transport replacement parts, tools, and supplies in an organized and structured manner.
• Diagnose malfunctions in the field, swapping failed components and making necessary adjustments.
• Communicate activity, arrival/departure times, and resolution details to Dispatchers.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumables such as paper and ribbons.
• Provide basic and remedial training to retailers on correct equipment procedures.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical repairs and customer service-related positions.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perceive colors correctly and drive a 20ft box truck occasionally.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Must reside in proximity to the coverage area (Latham, NY).
