What you will do

• Perform comprehensive client site assessment surveys and document on-site technology.
• Conduct LiDAR and Ekahau assessments to provide wireless heatmapping proposals.
• Facilitate installation and configuration of network equipment racks and workstation deployments.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison for remote engineers to facilitate site cutovers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for VLAN identification, hardware, and software issues.
• Ensure all tools are functional and document completed work with detailed notes and photographs.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder; Corp-to-Corp (C2C) is not accepted.
• Practical experience in IT, professional services, or customer support organizations.
• Education or background in Telecom, network/systems administration, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel 95-100% within the U.S.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends to facilitate site cutovers.
• Familiarity with network equipment (routers, switches, APs) and diagnostic tools like cable toners and multimeters.
