What you will do

• Serve as first point of contact for 24/7 emergency phone support to field service team.
• Provide automation, networking support, guidance, and training to field engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, commissioning, and issue resolution across field service, manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and methods of procedure.
• Track inventory, shipping/receiving of parts and equipment, and monitor project progress with risk identification.
• Gather data for reporting, performance metrics, and customer feedback analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in switchgear, PLC controls, generator controls, and networking equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Occasional travel up to 25% to facilities and offices; ability to lift up to 25lbs.
