What you will do

• Own full-stack deployment of automated journeys and ad-hoc campaigns, including logic, triggers, and technical QA across devices.
• Build and maintain high-value audience segments in partnership with Data team for personalized communications.
• Execute experimentation roadmap: implement A/B and multivariate tests with proper control groups and tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product/Data teams for event flows and API integrations into CRM.
• Analyze results, report insights, and optimize funnels by fixing bottlenecks and ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation in Notion and track tasks in ClickUp.

Requirements

• 5+ years in CRM, Lifecycle or Growth Marketing with hands-on execution of high-velocity experiments.
• Deep technical expertise in CRM platforms (Customer.io preferred), triggers, liquid logic, HTML troubleshooting.
• Experience with incrementality testing, control groups, and distinguishing organic vs. incentivized behavior.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Designers, Copywriters, Data Engineers.
• Proficiency in ClickUp/Notion; analytical skills for performance reporting.
• Advanced English level.
