What you will do

• Develop and maintain master files of flow routings and data fields as a single source of truth for traffic structure.
• Monitor and report on financial flows to identify and remediate deviations from compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead the creation of automated solutions (rules, checks, dashboards) to prevent non-compliant transactions at scale.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders across Operations, Treasury, Finance, and Compliance to align on strategic remediation roadmaps.
• Translate complex financial data and flow structures into concise, C-level-ready documents and presentations.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to prototype reports and standardize recurring monitoring outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or Law.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, payment processing, risk, or compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to reconcile complex payment flows across multiple systems.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, including communication with senior and C-level executives.
• Proficiency in a data/AI toolkit including Excel, PowerPoint, and LLMs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
