What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear, feasible, and testable requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to surface assumptions, contradictions, and edge cases.
• Model functional flows, business processes, and interactions while articulating acceptance criteria.
• Work daily with developers, QA, and architects to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
• Explore opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence to enhance product capabilities or internal workflows.
• Improve backlog structure and hygiene to reduce ambiguity and prevent rework.

Requirements

• Experience translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem framing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and alignment skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Solid experience working within Agile environments (refinement, planning, delivery).
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect business context with technical execution.
• English: Upper intermediate (B2) proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with architectural reviews or technical feasibility assessments.
• Understanding of AI capabilities and experience applying AI-assisted tools in analysis.
• Exposure to data analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working in complex, distributed systems or product-based companies.
