What you will do
- Lead data analytics efforts to optimize outbound leads, pricing, and sales productivity.
- Analyze patterns and trends within leads to support strategic decision-making.
- Execute strategic projects for new sales and retention initiatives across global teams.
- Perform data scraping to maintain and expand the outbound leads database.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Automate reporting and create dashboards to improve KPI tracking and data accuracy.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in business analytics.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Quantitative educational background (Business, Data Science, Math, Engineering, etc.).
- Technical expertise in SQL and working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or SuperSet.
- Legal right to work in Spain.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Python.
- Experience with database scraping.
- Prior experience in SaaS or marketplace business models.
- Experience working in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.
