What you will do

• Design and operationalize a multi-dimensional signal framework incorporating product, engagement, service, commercial, sentiment, and intent signals.
• Reconstruct and analyze customer journeys using behavioral and product data to identify common paths and progression patterns.
• Translate unstructured data into structured intelligence using NLP and AI techniques.
• Partner with Journey Leads and Agentic Program Managers to embed signals into Agentic Workflows.
• Define scalable processes to ensure signal quality, explainability, and governance.
• Build behavioral segmentations to inform personalized engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience using modern data platforms like Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with machine learning and NLP techniques.
• Deep understanding of SaaS adoption, lifecycle progression, and customer health dynamics.
• Ability to define decision logic, prioritization, and trigger mechanisms for agentic systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
