What you will do

• Join product and engineering ceremonies to identify and surface compliance risks early in the cycle.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements and controls into clear acceptance criteria and checklists for development teams.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day bridge between the engineering and compliance departments.
• Maintain and evolve the internal library of policies, procedures, and controls.
• Systematically collect and organize audit evidence throughout the year.
• Produce high-quality, self-contained documentation for team independence.

Requirements

• Professional background in a technology or product-led company.
• Experience with BI or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency in using Slack and ClickUp as primary operational tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written).
• Based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and investigation.
• Experience writing compliance requirements directly into a product backlog.
• Familiarity with evidence collection and audit preparation workflows.
