What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new capabilities using Gen AI and LLM technologies.
• Define functional and technical requirements for features and enhancements.
• Build and manage multi-release roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to create intuitive experiences driving engagement.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing Epics and Stories.
• Work with customer success teams to drive adoption and analyze performance data for improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years B2B software product management experience with track record of launching and managing features; startup and SaaS preferred.
• Highly process-driven and detail-oriented with ability to document actionable requirements.
• Proven work with fast-paced agile engineering teams based on trust and respect.
• Self-motivator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
