What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a new marketing automation product.
- Define core mechanics of the marketing engine and contribute to the architecture of the data intelligence layer.
- Design flexible models for targeted lifecycle and seasonal campaigns to drive transaction uplift.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship iteratively and learn quickly from market feedback.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch strategy.
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to solve retention and lifecycle challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management leading complex problem spaces.
- Knowledge of customer marketing or CDP-adjacent products.
- Proficiency with AI and ML technologies and best practices.
- Experience taking products from concept to launch (0 to 1).
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and run tight market feedback loops.
- Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
