What you will do

• Onboard and train partners on hirify.global Manager (ERB) to ensure efficient booking management.
• Support partners in streamlining service management and ensuring daily software usage.
• Guide restaurant partners through their digital transformation process.
• Generate interest in the opportunity for partners to upgrade their ERB.
• Proactively provide refresh training to partners as needed.
• Collect field feedback to assist the Product Team in improving the ERB.

Requirements

• C2 level of Italian is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• High level of stamina and flexibility.
• Previous experience in similar training or success roles is appreciated.
