Salary: $250,000 - $260,000 (Total Target Compensation)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Solutions Territory Managers to achieve sales goals.
- Manage a defined sales territory to exceed revenue quotas for healthcare IT and SaaS-based solutions targeting critical care environments.
- Execute a discovery-driven consultative sales process to assess client needs and position solutions with measurable clinical value.
- Build trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders, including clinical leadership, CIOs, CMIOs, and C-suite executives.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate SaaS contract structures, including SOW, SLA, and BAA.
- Develop and implement Territory Business Plans and provide accurate rolling 90-day revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience in healthcare IT or MedTech SaaS.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales of IT, SaaS, and digital solutions to North American healthcare clients.
- Demonstrated track record of quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder hospital environments.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50% or more) within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Prior experience managing a sales team.
- Familiarity with ECLS, respiratory therapy, or perfusion-related technologies.
- Experience working with Value Analysis Committees and navigating hospital IT procurement and finance processes.
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms and integration considerations.
