Solution Consultant - East (Digital Experience Analytics): Design and deliver immersive product demonstrations, lead discovery sessions, and execute Proof of Value engagements across web, mobile, and app experiences. Focus on uncovering prospect pain points, aligning them to behavioral analytics use cases, and advising on digital experience strategies including architecture and integrations.

Location: East Coast US (New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Atlanta, Raleigh, Philadelphia, Miami, Orlando) / Remote with up to 30% travel.

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 a year (base $140,000 - $160,000 + commission $40,000 - $60,000).

What you will do

• Design and deliver storytelling-based product demos showcasing value across web, mobile, and app experiences
• Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives using frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
• Own Proof of Value engagements emphasizing business impact and time to value
• Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for seamless sales journeys
• Advise on digital strategies, behavioral analytics, content optimization, and technical integrations
• Mentor team, share best practices, and influence product roadmap with field insights

Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, including 3+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales
• Domain expertise in analytics, digital experience platforms, or MarTech/UX technologies
• Strong proficiency in web/app technologies (HTML, JS, APIs, SDKs, Tag Management, mobile frameworks)
• Familiarity with data collection, privacy regulations, and integration architectures
• Outstanding communication skills for technical and executive audiences
• Experience with sales methodologies like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
