What you will do

• Conduct drug abuse case management sessions and orient patients to program procedures.
• Collect and assess social, educational, and vocational information to develop and revise patient treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with community providers and manage appropriate referrals and follow-ups.
• Provide crisis intervention and maintain comprehensive inter-agency documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accrediting agency requirements.
• Participate in community public relations and in-service training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or human services.
• Location: Must be based in Longmont, CO (On-site).
• Knowledge of addiction treatment methods and current trends in opioid maintenance treatment.
• Compliance with federal and state certification and licensure regulations.

Nice to have

• Pursuing licensure as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC).
