What you will do

• Perform a variety of home-based diagnostic services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, and ECGs.
• Manage sample labeling and coordinate drop-offs to appropriate labs or shipment facilities.
• Utilize mobile devices for patient charting and HIPAA-secure messaging for care coordination.
• Build warm and professional connections with a diverse range of patients.
• Operate autonomously while maintaining exceptional quality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paducah, Kentucky
• State required licensure, national certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance with reliable transportation for patient visits.
• Proof of vaccinations (COVID+booster, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, annual Influenza, and TDaP).
• Ability to pass national background and DMV checks.
• Physical ability to navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
