What you will do
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth within the MRO segment.
- Manage the overall P&L, including cost parameters, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Design daily operational programs to achieve organizational objectives and profitable growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team, providing necessary resources and guidance.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with appropriate partners.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and targeting attainment plans.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably in engineering or sciences.
- At least 7 years of proven success in sales, marketing, or related roles.
- Minimum 2 years of direct management experience leading a team.
- At least 3 years of consistent performance at or above target.
- Experience in at least one non-commercial function such as manufacturing, supply chain, or R&D.
- English: Fluent written and verbal communication skills are required.
