Regional Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Washington, DC (Field sales)

Salary: $195,000 (Base $95,000 + commission)

What you will do

• Develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts in the assigned region.
• Build networks with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other medical referral sources.
• Execute territory planning and account strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales revenue targets and quota deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and resolve product-related customer issues.
• Participate in sales training and represent the company at trade shows and exhibits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 3 years of field sales experience within cardiology, medical device, or pharma industries.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with CRM or Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 60%, including overnight and extended periods.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
