Salary: $120,046 - $219,360

What you will do
- Perform structural design and analysis for transmission scopes, including HVDC and 765kV projects.
- Execute complex engineering calculations and prepare deliverables according to industry standards.
- Provide technical recommendations for equipment and materials selection.
- Coordinate with internal and external project teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality goals.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and review lower-level technical work.
- Support business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship (Visa Sponsorship Available: No).
- Proficiency in PLS CADD.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with the design of utility-scale electrical transmission systems.
- Expertise in structural design of transmission steel structures and foundations.
- Experience with 3D analysis and design software for steel and concrete.
