Salary: $120,046 - $219,360

What you will do

• Perform structural design and analysis for transmission scopes, including HVDC and 765kV projects.
• Execute complex engineering calculations and prepare deliverables according to industry standards.
• Provide technical recommendations for equipment and materials selection.
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality goals.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and review lower-level technical work.
• Support business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship (Visa Sponsorship Available: No).
• Proficiency in PLS CADD.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with the design of utility-scale electrical transmission systems.
• Expertise in structural design of transmission steel structures and foundations.
• Experience with 3D analysis and design software for steel and concrete.
