What you will do

• Lead development and coordination of 3D structural models across assigned scopes.
• Produce complete, coordinated, and constructible drawing sets, including multi-contributor work.
• Enforce department and client standards across models and documents.
• Own assigned scope, including coordination, schedule, quality, and constructability.
• Coordinate with engineers and disciplines to resolve design and documentation issues.
• Lead multi-contributor efforts, monitor progress, balance workloads, and drive issue resolution.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years drafting/design experience in structural field.
• Minimum 5 years Revit experience.
• Excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• 15+ years structural drafting/design experience.
• 8+ years Revit experience.
• Experience with SmartPlant, Tekla, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• Designing traditional steel and concrete structures.
• General industrial facilities, preferably semiconductor-related.
