TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing and growing strategic relationships with large enterprises to ensure value realization from the threat graph and social engineering defense platform with an accent on customer retention and account expansion. Focus on designing tailored onboarding programs, conducting QBRs, and collaborating with product teams to influence the roadmap.

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the territory of employment; no visa sponsorship available)

Salary: $180,000 — $190,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage strategic relationships with large enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Design and execute tailored onboarding programs to drive platform adoption and early success.
  • Proactively monitor platform health and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Champion the customer's voice internally to influence the product roadmap and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Threat Intelligence.
  • Authorized to work in the territory of employment (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Strong data-driven approach to diagnosing risk and guiding customer strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive and technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of LLMs, social engineering threats, and platform abuse detection.
