Salary: $103,000 – $172,000 base + target sales commissions

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
  • Generate and qualify Mid-Market sales pipeline with accurate forecasting for new and expansion business.
  • Manage the full sales process to closure while driving high renewal rates and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with the Renewals and Channel Sales teams to maximize business and reduce churn risk.
  • Engage with prospects to align hirify.global cybersecurity solutions with their specific business pain points and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene to support forecasting and territory reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales role working with end users or channel partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual contributor sales quotas.
  • Strong hunter mentality for prospecting and winning competitive deals.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market sales cycles, buyer personas, and decision-making processes.
  • Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the position is posted (USA) without sponsorship.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships via email, telephone, and in-person.

  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience selling through and with channel partners.
