What you will do

• Lead onboarding execution and define customer success plans for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with sales to expand account growth via Falcon Flex adoption and activation.
• Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact for clients.
• Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) to accelerate module adoption.
• Identify and remediate risks to customer success to minimize attrition and churn.
• Manage strategic adoption roadmaps aligned with customers' security objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert-level presentation, negotiation, and financial business acumen.
• Deep knowledge of customer decision-making processes and security software lifecycles.
• Strong ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
• Experience with flexible licensing models and managing complex customer relationships.
• Availability for up to 40% travel.
