What you will do
- Develop deep expertise in the heavy industry and metallurgy markets to identify sector-specific challenges and upskill the sales team.
- Create tailored sales assets, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides adapted to the traditional business culture of the manufacturing sector.
- Build and expand strategic partnerships with industry associations, specifically UIMMs and other regional/national bodies.
- Generate a qualified lead pipeline through targeted field marketing initiatives and geographic cluster targeting.
- Position as a recognized specialist in metallurgy HR challenges through events, content strategy, and speaking engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, field marketing, or B2B sales within industrial sectors.
- Full working proficiency in French.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Proven experience executing localized marketing campaigns in regional markets.
- Strong networking and pitching skills with operational decision-makers and regional business leaders.
- Must be based in France to manage regional networks and field initiatives.
