What you will do

• Recruit and grow leading Service Partners in France using existing networks to accelerate market entry.
• Develop and execute joint business plans involving co-selling, referrals, and implementation initiatives.
• Lead collaborative marketing and sales efforts to bring innovative AI solutions to market.
• Manage partner performance via regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure goal alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances in SaaS, Contact Center, or AI sectors.
• Proven track record of entering new markets and scaling partnership programs from the ground up.
• Deep existing network of partners and enterprise decision-makers within the French market.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Must be based in France.
