Location: Remote, must currently reside in France

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor for subscribers to drive platform adoption and business outcomes.
- Coach customers on PLM best practices and conduct regular health checks and benchmarks.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and measure value realization from PLM deployments.
- Manage renewal activities and identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
- Develop tools, templates, and best practices to enhance subscriber success.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a comparable field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, service delivery, or sales for enterprise customers.
- Hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
- Manufacturing industry experience and knowledge of product development best practices.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Must currently reside in France.
