What you will do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers while acquiring new accounts in the Benelux region.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable equipment solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, integrators, and suppliers.
- Analyze market potential and develop appropriate commercial action plans.
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure rigorous follow-up of the sales pipeline and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in selling solutions, products, or services in a B2B, industrial, or technological environment.
- Fluent level of English is required.
- Ability to perform regular travels (approximately 50% of the time).
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Dutch.
