What you will do

  • Drive new business by building, managing, and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Lead high-impact sales engagements from first contact to signed contract, managing complex sales cycles.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that translate business challenges into clear value propositions.
  • Negotiate multi-year SaaS agreements (typically CHF/EUR 100K+) with executive decision-makers.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships and act as a strategic partner to customers.
  • Stay ahead of ERP and AI automation trends to effectively position the platform against competitors.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austria
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Experience in sales, finance, ERP, or SaaS backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to connect with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, COOs).
  • Consultative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • High degree of ownership, curiosity, and drive to create impact.
