What you will do

• Support growth and GTM strategy for the new AI-native product.
• Build and execute early-stage growth experiments across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
• Manage performance marketing efforts on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to provide data-driven insights.
• Create presentations, reports, and internal dashboards for decision-making.
• Contribute to social media and short-form video content for Meta and TikTok.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a top-tier university in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
• Strong interest in startups, SaaS, and growth methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with solid data and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure work independently and execute tasks rapidly.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Hamburg or Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-performance environments such as startups, SaaS, or consulting.
