TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role in London (Moorgate) office 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Review lending applications and financial data to make credit decisions.
• Perform credit reviews on existing customers.
• Facilitate changes in underwriting strategy and structure.
• Interact with internal teams for credit decisions.
• Support risk initiatives and pilots by reviewing credit data.
• Conduct periodic reviews of bad debts for portfolio insights.

Requirements

• 1+ years underwriting experience with minimum 6 months mandate (secured or unsecured).
• Commercial lending experience and broad understanding of business operations.
• Strong analytical skills to read financials, spot inconsistencies, and triangulate data.
• Demonstrated best practices in Responsible Lending.
• Experience in fintech or high-growth business.
• Ability to work autonomously and question strategies.
