What you will do

• Lead talent acquisition, sourcing, and onboarding for the processing team.
• Manage the full performance lifecycle, including coaching, formal plans, and PIPs.
• Oversee the pipeline and workload to ensure high performance across all team members.
• Develop, implement, and update departmental policies and procedures.
• Analyze operational data to produce insights and present them to leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure quality control across the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in loan processing.
• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
• Proven history of successfully managing projects from ideation to execution.
• Ability to write effective policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
