What you will do

• Lead enterprise initiatives and cross-functional programs from initiation to close-out, defining scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues while applying structured methodologies for consistent delivery.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans, support transformation and process improvement programs.
• Evaluate business processes, lead root-cause analysis, and develop recommendations for efficiency and scalability.
• Drive organizational change management, internal communication, and adoption of new processes.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and monitor performance to ensure sustained improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years of related experience
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development
• Strong clinical operations and drug development experience with understanding of relevant functions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong strategic, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data platforms
