Salary: $105,000 - $145,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategy aligned to project phases, milestones, and workstreams.
  • Integrate change activities into program planning, delivery, and governance for operational readiness.
  • Partner with PMO/TMO, workstream owners, and leaders to assess impacts and inform decisions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments across systems, processes, roles, and workflows.
  • Own internal communications plan, creating role-specific messaging on changes, reasons, timelines, and new ways of working.
  • Support adoption by addressing gaps, change fatigue, SOP updates, and training alignment.
  • Provide governance reporting on readiness, sentiment, and milestones; monitor issues and successes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 8-10 years in organizational change management for large-scale transformations
  • Demonstrated experience with complex, multi-workstream initiatives and operational impacts
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Expertise in translating complex changes into actionable messaging, risk mitigation, and executive influence
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or regulated environments preferred
  • Familiarity with system migrations, operating model changes, PMO/TMO partnerships preferred
