What you will do
- Develop and implement OD practices aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs to build capabilities at all levels.
- Manage the annual OD work plan, including gap analysis, content development, budget, and vendor management.
- Lead global performance management processes and talent management programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align OD initiatives with business needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OD within global companies, preferably in the high-tech industry.
- Experience rolling out end-to-end programs for change management, leadership development, and engagement surveys.
- Strong project management skills for handling multiple cross-organizational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Social Science (Master's degree preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
