What you will do

  • Own the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding through development, performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Coach leaders at all levels to improve decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and team health.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Refine and evolve people systems, reward programs, and HRIS to ensure data-informed improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high-impact People team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in People, Culture, or HR, with at least 3 years of direct team management experience.
  • Must reside in the United States and have legal authorization to work in the US.
  • Unable to sponsor H1B visa holders.
  • Strong understanding of distributed team dynamics and multi-state employment law and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency with modern HR tech stack including Gusto, Rippling, Greenhouse, and/or Lattice.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional career experience.

Nice to have

  • Global talent management experience, specifically in the UK and near-shore regions.
  • Previous experience leading People & Culture within a SaaS organization.
