What you will do

• Execute the HR roadmap for Product and Finance, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on workforce planning, talent strategies, and employee wellbeing.
• Partner with business leaders on organizational assessment and design initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.
• Oversee generalist HR activities, including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent development.
• Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making and business outcomes.
• Champion a culture aligned with company values to drive high employee engagement and motivation.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in HR business partnering with a strong generalist HR background.
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
