What you will do

• Lead planning and implementation for cross-functional teams to deliver hardware products.
• Manage the complete silicon lifecycle from architecture definition through to successful tapeout.
• Collaborate with Architecture, RTL Design, and DV leads to resolve bottlenecks and track coverage metrics.
• Establish core operational processes and stage-gate reviews for the hardware group.
• Oversee project monitoring, reporting, and intergroup dependency management.
• Drive process and methodology improvements to meet business goals.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management for large-scale software and hardware groups.
• Proven track record leading full silicon development lifecycles from architecture and DV through tapeout.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
