What you will do

• Support the execution of hardware programs from initial concept through to production.
• Track program schedules, key milestones, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Identify and track cross-team dependencies to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor program risks and issues, escalating them to stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain program documentation and provide regular status reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or related technical roles.
• Understanding of the hardware product lifecycle from design to validation and production.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools like Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working in hardware development or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ECO/ECR processes and change management concepts.
• Exposure to gaming or embedded hardware systems.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and PLM tools like Oracle Agile.
