What you will do

• Drive territory growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts in peripheral and cardiovascular specialties.
• Own full territory management, including account strategy, segmentation, forecasting, and revenue responsibility.
• Build and maintain strong clinical relationships and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Support product adoption through case support, training, demonstrations, and clinical education.
• Position products effectively within pricing and reimbursement frameworks to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Service to execute go-to-market plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• 4–5+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in peripheral vascular, cardiology, or neurovascular markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving territory growth.
• Valid driver’s license.
