What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of embedded systems projects involving C++, firmware, and electronics.
- Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and workforce efficiency across multiple programs.
- Manage and mentor a pool of engineers, driving performance management and career development.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, leading governance forums and steering committees.
- Collaborate with recruitment to anticipate hiring needs and secure a strong talent pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to expand account scope and optimize delivery models.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in engineering, industrial, or embedded systems projects (non-IT/ERP).
- Experience in consulting or engineering services environments.
- Proficiency in resource management, staffing, or capacity planning.
- Knowledge of C++, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration.
- Good English communication skills.
