What you will do
- Own and manage the delivery roadmap for specific regions, handling provider connections and new product launches.
- Coordinate and supervise delivery progress across various internal departments to ensure roadmap alignment.
- Manage communications with operators and vendors, providing regular updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead project kick-off and status meetings to communicate objectives and expectations to development and operation teams.
- Ensure environment readiness for deployment and testing by collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Drive improvements in delivery predictability, efficiency, and operational standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software project management experience.
- High proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Expertise with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analysis, presentation, and multitasking skills.
- Authorized to work in Bulgaria (no visa sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Experience with Monday or Smartsheet.
- Experience implementing organizational change policies.
