Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Own and manage the delivery roadmap for specific regions, handling provider connections and new product launches.
• Coordinate and supervise delivery progress across various internal departments to ensure roadmap alignment.
• Manage communications with operators and vendors, providing regular updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead project kick-off and status meetings to communicate objectives and expectations to development and operation teams.
• Ensure environment readiness for deployment and testing by collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Drive improvements in delivery predictability, efficiency, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software project management experience.
• High proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Expertise with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analysis, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Authorized to work in Bulgaria (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with Monday or Smartsheet.
• Experience implementing organizational change policies.
