TL;DR

Head of Service Delivery (Service Management): Leading the organization’s service vision and catalogue with an accent on end-to-end service lifecycle management and strategic alignment. Focus on driving the service strategy, implementing the service portfolio, and leading a high-performing team of design specialists to deliver measurable business value.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in the UK and able to travel to London, Winchester, or Huddersfield/Emley Moor offices up to twice a week

Salary: Up to £90k + 15% bonus

What you will do

  • Define and lead the service vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Design and implement the service portfolio and catalogue, ensuring compliance with availability, capacity, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Execute initiatives to drive continuous improvement in service delivery using structured methodologies and data insights.
  • Lead and develop a team of service strategy, assurance, and design specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align service delivery with other operational functions and the product roadmap.
  • Manage departmental OPEX/CAPEX budgets and own the delivery elements of the operating plan.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in setting service or customer strategy based on operational insights.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale service design, mobilization, delivery, and onboarding projects.
  • Experience leading complex projects and mentoring senior team members.
  • Strong expertise in applying ITIL principles to create effective operational processes.
  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to commute to offices up to twice a week.
