What you will do

  • Scale the Sports vertical across Europe, engaging directly with executives at sports clubs, leagues, and tournaments.
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, focusing on performance, accountability, and professional progression.
  • Define and execute the sales strategy for the Sports vertical in collaboration with GTM and executive leadership.
  • Manage deal strategy, executive alignment, and closing for key high-value accounts.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline health using data-driven metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to transition BDRs into successful Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience scaling sales teams in Sports, Ticketing, or SaaS.
  • 5+ years of experience in active full-cycle sales roles.
  • Business fluency in German and English is required.
  • Proven proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support customers and industry engagement.
  • Data-driven approach to metrics and results.
