TL;DR

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or able to work from offices in Skanderborg (Denmark) or Vasteras (Sweden).

What you will do

  • Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with digital agencies across the Nordics, specifically in Denmark and Sweden.
  • Act as the hirify.global expert and trusted advisor, guiding partners on how to maximize product value for their clients.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure hirify.global is fully integrated into their service offerings.
  • Track partner performance, optimize collaboration, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Take full ownership of the Nordics partner strategy to drive regional expansion.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Danish or Swedish (fluency in both is a significant advantage).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in partnership management, business development, account management, or channel sales.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Experience working with digital agencies, resellers, or tech partners is a plus.
