TL;DR

Key Account Manager (Sales): Building trust-based relationships with public sector customers and positioning hirify.global as their preferred IT partner by driving tailored solution sales from prospecting to close. Focus on winning tenders and developing strong relationships with public sector customers.

Location: Hybrid in Nacka Strand, Sweden. Must have a strong network within the Swedish public sector.

What you will do

  • Proactively develop business with existing and new public sector customers, identifying opportunities and building long-term relationships.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and tendering to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, deliver on targets, and position hirify.global as a trusted IT partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
  • Experience with B2B sales, preferably towards the public sector.
  • Experience or knowledge of public tendering processes and a strong network within the Swedish public sector is a plus.
  • Technical skills and understanding of IT solutions, enabling you to translate customer needs into tailored offerings.
  • Swedish and English language proficiency.
