What you will do

• Own and maintain SOX compliance for Treasury processes, designing and testing business and IT controls.
• Oversee day-to-day back-office activities, including trade confirmations, settlements, and bank account administration.
• Manage the end-to-end corporate cards program, including issuance, policy compliance, and spend controls.
• Design and standardize treasury processes using LUCID, driving automation to reduce operational risk.
• Identify and lead AI and advanced analytics use cases for anomaly detection and automated reporting.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, and Audit teams to provide guidance and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Treasury Operations / Back Office, preferably in an international listed company.
• Strong hands-on experience with SOX compliance and audit environments.
• Proficiency with treasury management systems such as Kyriba, Oracle NetSuite, or FXALL.
• Authorization to work in the Netherlands.
